Jesuit Summer Athletics Responsible Restart

Beginning July 6, Jesuit athletics will reopen on a very structured and limited basis.   We have taken the time to collaborate with medical professionals, coaches, and Jesuit’s administration to prepare to reopen and restart training and conditioning for Jesuit athletics.  We will be following the mandates from the Oregon Governor's Office, the Oregon Health Authority, the Oregon Department of Education, the National Federation of High Schools (NFHS) and the Oregon School Athletic Association (OSAA) (see links at the end).  There will be 3 different opportunities for Jesuit students:

  1. Summer Camps
  2. Speed, Agility and Quickness Workouts (SAQ) for all athletes
  3. Limited practices organized by head coaches

In past years, SAQ summer workouts have been primarily for football players.  But we encourage all Jesuit athletes to start their summer with SAQ workouts.  Many students are de-conditioned and need the initial training that SAQ workouts can provide.  All SAQ workouts are open to both male and female athletes.  However, on Tuesday and Thursdays from 10:30 - noon, there will a special SAQ session designed for the female athlete led by Coach Amanda Case.   See sign up below.

: July 6 – July 31 only – No $ Charge for SAQ workouts

2020欧洲杯在线平台8:00 - 9:30 am Cronin Field (24 students) - Monday through Friday - male and female athletes welcome

Please note that all Jesuit athletic fields, gyms and weight room remain closed throughout the entire summer except for these few, planned activities by Jesuit coaches.

Please also note that all summer workouts and camps are optional.  No summer activity is mandatory.  Summer workouts/camp are not a requirement for making a team during the school year.

In an effort to keep everyone safe and feel comfortable attending an athletic session at Jesuit, we are implementing the following:
